Montreal, March 1, 2023 – For the fifth year in a row, CIUSSS West-Central Montreal has been recognized as one of Montreal's Top Employers for 2023, as announced by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.

“It is an honour for our CIUSSS to be counted among Montreal's Top Employers,” says Dr. Lawrence Rosenberg, President and CEO of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal. “Our ultimate objective is to deliver the best possible care to users of health care and social services. This designation is especially meaningful, given our determination to provide staff with the essential support they need."

  • Work & Social Atmosphere
  • Health, Financial & Family Benefits
  • Vacation & Time Off
  • Employee Communications
  • Performance Management
  • Training & Skills Development
  • Community Involvement

"The entire staff at CIUSSS West-Central Montreal is very dedicated and works extremely hard to deliver the highest level of care to users of our health care and social services", says Alan
Maislin, President of CIUSSS West-Central Montreal's Board of Directors. "We care about our staff. And we understand that focusing on the needs of healthcare users, and meeting those
needs, can only be achieved if we take the same approach toward our own employees. Being recognized as a top employer is very much appreciated".

Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.
